Hear from our Interns and Co-Ops
During my co-op experience, I worked on multiple projects that were tailored for my own interests/skills that were meaningful and actually used by the company. I learned and improved new technical skills, and gained valuable real life business experience. Throughout it all, I was treated with respect, invited to loads of interesting meetings, and always encouraged to speak up.
– Tim | CO-OP
I learned so much in this industry in just the short 10 weeks here. I learned the selling processes, how to promote products, how to romanticize the products, and how to engage in situations that can be anywhere from easy going to difficult conversations sometimes.
– Natalie | Intern
I had such a great experience with Boston Beer as a co-op! Being able to get a foot in the door with such an influential company was a fantastic way to grow my resume and skillsets while meeting and working with some of the most passionate and knowledgeable people in the brewing industry.
